Dear Ambulance Employees Australia Vic,

As a part of our service to the community, Gracie Jiu Jitsu Burwood is providing a free self defence seminar for First Responders (Paramedics, Firefighters, Police, nurses, trainees) on Saturday 16th of June.

This seminar does not teach combative or striking skills but is all about equipping first responders with some proven practical techniques and knowledge used by first responder personal across the world to keep themselves safe.

The seminar will cover:

How to reduce your risk of being a potential target

How to defend against an an aggressive attacker

How to get away from an attack who grabs you without warning

How to escape from underneath an attacker

How to get to your feet and get away
