Statewide Team Manager Meeting

As members would be aware Ambulance Victoria has recently released its proposed Operational Review.

The union has received two briefings in relation to the changes with a third to be scheduled in the next week with respect to the allocation of the additional 50 Team Managers.

The union will not accept the demotion of Senior Team Managers to Team Managers.

At this stage we see no net benefit for members under the model.

We believe our proposal, which maintains the Senior Team Manager role in its current form and introduces Assistant Team Managers, is more beneficial for everyone.

The Union is holding a Team Manager meeting on Tuesday 10 July 2018 at 14:00 at 117 Capel Street North Melbourne to seek further member feedback regarding the model and to strategize the next steps. There is limited parking available behind the union offices.
